Tim Ibarra Commander of Hawthorne Post 2075 and District 4 Commander had the honor of being the Keynote Speaker at the City of Gardena’s 56th Annual Veterans Day Service on November 11, 2025. Commander Ibarra spoke about his time as a Marine from 2004 to 2008 and his subsequent service in Iraq with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) and later with the 31st MEU for humanitarian missions and joint training with allied nations.

"I was humbled by the experience and opportunity to speak and act as a voice for those that have served our country,” said Ibarra.

Post 2075 members are proud of Commander Ibarra for his tireless efforts in advocating for veterans, supporting their families and strengthening the communities in District 4 through his service and leadership.
