Two high school
students spoke at the Post's monthly breakfast on May 18, 2025. Kyra from El Segundo High and Abigail, a cadet at Hawthorne High, provided speeches on the original vision of the founding fathers and the evolution of our nation. Their insightfulness and understanding of complex issues remind us as members of the VFW that we must continue to invest in our youth. Opportunities like this help today’s youth contribute to our communities and our nation in positive and constructive ways.
